Brent Fitch

Brent Fitch was appointed as the seventh president of Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in May of 2020. Approaching his fourth year at the helm of the college, Brent along with Faculty, Staff, and Administrators successfully navigated the recent pandemic challenges by supporting improvements in student population, innovation and student retention. He is passionate about student success and having RMCAD positioned as a practical low-cost option for students looking to hone their craft as artists or designers online. 

 

Prior to RMCAD, Brent served as the Senior Vice President of Shared Services Operations at Bridgepoint Education, a publicly-traded technology company and Strategic Services Director at Blackboard. Prior to Blackboard, he served over 20 years in several roles at University of Phoenix, including Senior Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Enrollment Services. Prior to his employment with University of Phoenix, he served as the Chief Intelligence Sergeant in the US Army National Guard. 

 

Mr. Fitch holds an MBA from University of New Orleans and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University and a certificate in data science from University of California, Berkeley.
